Project Overview

The Raritan River Bridge, known as the River Draw, is being replaced as part of NJ TRANSIT’s Resilience Program following Hurricane Sandy to improve reliability for customers. MFS Engineers & Surveyors' Construction Management Team is providing Integrity Oversight Monitoring (IOM) Services to prevent and deter fraud, corruption, and conflicts of interest related to the project.

Project Details


MFS was retained by NJ Transit through RSM US, LLP to provide IOMs in support of several Superstorm Sandy resiliency projects. As IOM, MFS is providing integrity oversight and monitoring to detect and prevent contractor fraud, waste, and abuse. MFS monitors daily work activities performed by contractors, subcontractors, and sub-consultants to ensure their compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, programs, and contractual requirements.
