Project Details

This project consisted of the full reconstruction of the existing three story structure. The proposed design for the 327 W. 4th Street location included the addition of two stories atop the existing residential home. The MFS’ project scope included the design and inspections for all of the support of excavation (SOE) on the project site, the underpinning to support the building perimeter walls and the stability of the existing structures during the excavation and demolition phases of the structure.
