Mr. Ziolkowski has over 25 years of experience in the Land Survey profession overseeing land surveying projects in New Jersey and New York. His diversified experience includes preparing land surveys for federal, state and local government agencies as well as commercial, residential, private homeowners and construction contractors. His portfolio of projects includes alta, boundary, topographic, hydrographic and as-built surveys. He has also performed structural monitoring and construction layout. He is responsible for scheduling survey crews, assigning and reviewing their work, and implementing surveying procedures. Supervises the preparation of and reviews right-of-way mapping, including general property parcel maps (GPPMs) and individual parcel maps (IPMs), as well as their associated legal descriptions.
