Mr. Beavan has experience in the site/civil engineering field, specializing in site development of commercial, residential, medical, academic, and mixed-used projects in and around New York City, along with planning and permit approval for various other municipalities of New York and New Jersey. He is capable of leading relevant tasks including site grading, stormwater management, hydraulic analysis, erosion and sedimentation control, utility design and coordination with public infrastructure, site preparation, due diligence and investigations, construction administration, 3D modeling, and project team and coordination meetings.

His project management experience includes guiding projects through approval of various agencies, including local, county, state, and federal jurisdictions. In New York, his experience includes facilitating projects through Con Edison, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), the New York City Departments of Design & Construction (DDC), Environmental Protection (DEP), Housing (DOH), Buildings (DOB), Transportation (DOT), Parks & Recreation, Landmarks, New York State University Construction Fund (SUCF), and multiple private and municipal utilities.
