Survey Project Manager

• Supervise survey crews & office survey technicians

• Prepare estimates

• Prepare boundary, right-of-way, acquisition mapping, exhibits and easements

• ALTA and topographic surveys

• Oversee project budgets, staff utilization reports & profitability reports

• Minimum 10 years of field & office experience

• Strong boundary/right-of-way experience (NYDOT, NJDOT, Metro-North, LIRR, Amtrak, NJ Turnpike Authority, TBTA, PANYNJ, etc.)

• Proficiency in any or all of the following: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Leica Infinity, StarNet

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record

• Project Manager reports to the office daily. Working from home is not permitted.
  

• NJ and/or NY PLS preferred
• Agency work experience very favorable
• Laser scanning experience a plus
