Project Details

MFS worked with the architect to provide site development services which included:

  • Storm Water Design
  • Site Grading
  • Utility upgrades
  • Soil and Sediment Erosion Design
  • Preliminary and Final Construction Documents
  • County and City Permitting Approvals
  • Professional Planning Board Testimony
  • Construction Administration Services

The MFS Site/Civil Engineering team provided exceptional value to the client by expediting the design and approval process to comply with the project’s demanding schedule. The MFS team obtained Planning Commission approval, plus State and Soil District approvals, in just four (4) months. This process—which typically takes 6-8 months from design to shovels in the ground—was able to be fast-tracked by MFS, and the next phase was able to begin on schedule. The project is currently in construction and is planned to be operational by July 1st, 2020.
