Stephen Beavan, PE, LEED AP - Site/Civil Engineering

Stephen is an avid land development engineer with passions for organization, professionalism, and learning. Through his involvements in professional organizations and community service in NYC, he brings with him a strong and diverse network of colleagues within the design community and a big-picture understanding thereof. In his down time, you'll find him - or won't find him - exploring the corners of the world; last year he visited Cambodia, India, Singapore, and Japan. While he waits for travel to once again be appropriate and allowed, he's excited to apply his nine years of NYC experience to MFS and to diversify his skills by working with you on projects from this area and beyond.

Amad Ellahi - Construction Management

Amad has construction management experience both in the public and private sector and a Management degree from the Martin Tuchman School of Management at NJIT. Amad has been involved in several large public projects including the $20M full reconstruction/ remediation of Roberto Clemente State Park in Bronx NY. His experience also includes the Extension of Pier Village project at a construction cost of $300M. This project involved a full ground up construction of a retail and residential project consisting of 247 high end condominiums ranging from $1 million – $3 million dollars, and 24 retail stores on the extended boardwalk located in Long branch NJ.

Vincent Holandez - Construction Management

Vincent has construction management experience including estimating and field operations. Over the course of his estimating career, he has estimated more than $3M worth of epoxy floor coating scope, including projects in pharmaceutical, hospital, food facilities, education, and mechanical equipment rooms. In the field, he assists in managing all construction activities on the project site, always keeping safety in mind, and ensuring subcontractor work is performed in accordance with the project’s quality standards and contract documents.
