Project Details

MFS collaborated with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on site throughout the construction of the project. Utilizing past renovation and security experience and expertise, MFS reviewed all areas of construction prior to commencement and facilitate any RFIs or adjustments necessary to fully secure the space.

MFS additionally managed interactions with the building Lessors, Occupants, and Operators in the coordination and scheduling of this project, helping to minimize the impact to the building’s existing operations and it’s tenants. Given the extensive construction material delivery process, including limitations on delivery hours, security checks, and OT shifts for Elevator operators, this was key in the execution of the Construction Activities.
