MFS is providing professional site development, nyc permitting, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, and drilling services for a second KIPP Charter School in the Bronx, NY. The project consists of the construction of a new 95,000 gross square foot K-8 educational facility and associated site improvements.
MFS was retained by Marvel Architects to aid in Design Development, Construction Documents, Agency Permitting, and Construction Administration for the project, and additionally contracted to perform design phase services including a subsurface investigation and special inspections. The scope also included rock anchor design as well as under-slab drainage design and construction documents.
