Project Overview

MFS Consulting Engineers & Surveyor, DPC was obtained by Terraphase to provide professional land surveying services for (3) three monitoring wells and associated NJDEP Form B’s at 2 Farago Blvd., Wrightstown, New Jersey.

Project Details

MFS’s field surveyor located the (3) three monitoring wells utilizing GPS RTK technology, measured from the top of the casting to the adjacent ground to determine the ground elevation and opened the monitoring well to obtain a measurement to the top of the interior pipe.

MFS prepared a New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Monitoring Well Certification Form – B Location Certificate for each of the (3) three newly installed monitoring wells. The form consisted of the Program Interest (PI) number, case tracking number, well permit numbers, and the site well number.
