Project Overview

MFS provided professional survey and geotechnical engineering services to National Church Residences at the Clymer Village Apartments in Lopatcong, NJ, in support of Alliance Architects design services for preparing a site plan submittal for proposed building additions, parking lot expansion, and general site improvements.

Project Details

MFS’ survey services included providing a boundary, topographic, and utility survey of the seven acre property. MFS utilized GPS to establish horizontal and vertical control at the project site. MFS performed a field survey to locate existing features on and adjoining the property, obtained spot elevations, and finished floor elevations. MFS’ geotechnical services included a subsurface investigation and geotechnical report. MFS conducted four soil borings at various locations located in the areas of proposed construction
