Project Overview

MFS Engineers & Surveyors (MFS) provided land surveying services in support of NV5 for New York City Department of Design & Construction (NYCDDC) Green Infrastructure (GI) Design Services Project. Prior to commencing design, a Limited Right-of-Way (ROW) GI Survey is required to gather information on topography, surface/subsurface features, trees, utilities, and vaults within the defined survey area. The project consisted of 354 sites including Right-of-Way Bioswales, Green Strips, and Right-of-Way Stormwater Greenstreets.

Project Details

MFS coordinated with the design team on project scheduling and deliverables and procedures to ensure timely completion of the surveys, meeting client expectations and New York City Department of Environmental Protection Bureau of Engineering Design Construction (NYCDEP BEDC) “Procedure Governing Limited Survey for Green Infrastructure.”
