Jacob Fradkin is a geotechnical engineer that joined MFS in 2012 and currently manages the operations of the Geotechnical Engineering Department. Jacob has worked on projects throughout the country, with a focus in complex urban environments. He is experienced in developing and managing subsurface investigations, data and recommendations reports, deep and shallow foundation design, support of excavation and underpinning design, earth retaining structures, waterfront design, construction specifications and drawings, and forensic engineering. Jacob’s experience includes both public sector work with various federal, state, and local agencies as well as work in the private sector work for contractors, owners, and developers. He manages MFS geotechnical engineering resources to efficiently meet the client’s specific project schedule, budget, and other needs.
