Jacob Fradkin

Senior Associate Engineer
Jacob Fradkin is a Senior Associate Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the professional practice of geotechnical engineering.
Mr. Fradkin leads and executes geotechnical services from planning and management of subsurface investigations through advanced analysis, design, and construction-phase support.
His expertise includes site characterization, deep and shallow foundation design, support of excavation and underpinning systems, earth-retaining structures, and waterfront and marine infrastructure. Mr. Fradkin has extensive experience on complex urban and waterfront projects, including the development of seismic and liquefaction evaluations, settlement analyses, and constructability-focused design recommendations.
Mr. Fradkin’s project experience spans transportation, energy, education, waterfront redevelopment, and green infrastructure for public- and private-sector clients. He works closely with owners, agencies, and design teams to deliver practical, safe, and cost-effective geotechnical solutions across a wide range of site conditions and project types.
