Mr. Mudalel specializes in Geotechnical Engineering. He leads the Geotechnical Engineering Division which completes subsurface investigations, prepares comprehensive geotechnical engineering reports with recommendations, support of excavation system designs, retaining structure designs, deep and shallow foundation designs, trenchless crossing design, and preparation geotechnical specifications. His experience also includes controlled construction inspections, pre-construction condition surveys, and construction instrumentation monitoring.

Mr. Mudalel has a wide array of experience in large scale public infrastructure projects, consisting of: transportation (including bridges and tunnels), waterfront, flood mitigation, public buildings, utilities, and large-scale excavations. Additionally, Mr. Mudalel brings significant experience in the energy generation and transmission sector, supporting projects involving electric, gas, wind, solar, and geothermal systems. Additionally, He collaborates closely with clients and project teams from early planning and design through construction, delivering efficient, constructable, and code-compliant solutions. Known for his practical engineering judgement, Mr. Mudalel has earned a strong reputation for developing reliable, cost-effective designs that meet project goals and consistently exceed client expectations.
