MFS Engineers & Surveyors currently has an opening for an experienced Survey Project Manager. Our offices are located in South Plainfield and Newfoundland, NJ. Our projects are located primarily throughout the NY/NJ Metropolitan area. The Project Manager is responsible for running projects field to finish. Strong oral & written communication skills and a solid understanding of right of way surveying practices are required. 

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise Survey Crews & Office Survey Technicians. 
• Prepare Boundary, Right of Way, Acquisition mapping, exhibits, and easements
• ALTA and Topographic Surveys
• Prepare Estimates 

Requirements

• NJ and/or NY PLS favorable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience. 
• Strong Boundary/Right of Way experience.
• Agency work experience favorable (NYDOT, NJDOT, Metro North, LIRR Amtrak, NJ turnpike Authority, TBTA, PANYNJ etc.)
• Proficiency in any or all of the following: AutoCAD Civi3d, MicroStation, Bentley OpenRoads, Leica  Infinity, StarNet ,   Leica Cyclone, Register360 
• Laser Scanning Experience a plus. 
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• Project Manager reports to the office daily.
