MFS Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, DPC provided professional site/civil engineering services for the reconstruction of the Atlantic City Electric (ACE) Stratford Substation located in Stratford, New Jersey.

Project Details

MFS’ site/civil team developed a site demolition plan highlighting the removal of the existing site features to facilitate the site improvements. MFS also prepared a soil erosion and sediment control plan, which detailed utilizing accepted soil erosion measures and following the local soil conservation district notes and details. MFS completed the site plan showing all site improvements and substation upgrades and proposed grading and drainage plans showing the stormwater management plan.

MFS assisted with the land use permitting approvals with Borough of Stratford Zoning Board, Camden County Soil Conservation District, Camden County, and the local fire marshal. MFS utilized the local Land Use ordinance to verify that proposed improvements adhere to the agencies’ guidelines. Permit coordination during the submittal, review, and resubmission process was provided.
