MFS Engineers & Surveyors provided site/civil engineering services in support of the rehabilitation of Building 110 in Governors Island, New York.

The construction consisted of the rehabilitation of the brick façade of Building 110 and storm water improvements related to poor drainage at the rear and sides of the building. MFS was retained by John G. Waite Associates, Architects PLLC (JGW) to provide building site inspections and the production of a Storm Water Management Scope Plan report detailing improvements related to storm water as it related to the building’s exterior walls and foundation.
