MFS Engineers & Surveyors provided professional engineering services for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Redfern Houses project in Queens, New York.
The project involved multiple city blocks consisting of multi residential unit buildings. The development consisted of the construction of seven new buildings including a new boiler plant, community center and five new generator/electric service buildings throughout the site. MFS supported SOE design for the construction of the new building foundation.
