MFS Engineers & Surveyors provided professional engineering, environmental compliance, and survey services to Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) in support of the M-1313 transmission line connecting multiple substations in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

Construction of the loop required that 46 borings be conducted along the upgraded transmission line and within substations where monopole tower foundations was constructed.
