MFS Engineers & Surveyors provided professional Civil Engineering Services for the site modification for a new Amazon Logistical Delivery Warehouse Station. The site work consisted of renovating an existing warehouse facility and site improvements to the surrounding area, to provide a functional site for Amazon delivery vehicles and warehouse employees.
The MFS Site/Civil Engineering team provided exceptional value to the client by expediting the design and approval process to comply with the project’s demanding schedule. The MFS team obtained Planning Commission approval, plus State and Soil District approvals, in just four (4) months. This process—which typically takes 6-8 months from design to shovels in the ground—was able to be fast-tracked by MFS, and the next phase was able to begin on schedule.
