MFS Engineers & Surveyors provided professional engineering services for Trump Village West – Section 4 apartment building in Brooklyn, New York. The project involved Cammeby’s International Group (Cammeby’s), the owner of the adjacent lot north of the Trump West Village (TWV) Section 4 building.

Cammeby intended and requested access to occupy a portion of TVW’s parking lot, demolition the property separation wall, and install sheetpiles along the lot line in order to excavate 15ft to 25ft below current grade. Therefore, resulting in TVW to seek an injunction action to request from Cammeby regarding all construction documents and engineering reports for review. MFS’s engineering team roles and responsibilities included support of TVW in the pending litigation process which comprised of consultation to TVW throughout the demolition, remediation, and construction phases of the adjacent site’s project.
